Baker University has an opening for an Adult Education Enrollment Recruiter for the School of Professional and Graduate Studies. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. The Adult Education Enrollment Recruiter is responsible for generating returning student and alumni enrollments for our undergraduate and graduate programs. This position is responsible for providing returning students and alumni the highest level of customer service through effective phone, email, SMS, and face-to-face communications. This individual will be the primary initial contact with prospective new students and will work with those students through retention in the first course.
The SPGS Adult Education Enrollment Recruiter works collaboratively with other departments that assist in enrollment functions, including the business office, financial aid, advising, faculty, and the registrar.
A bachelor’s degree is required. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to a team atmosphere are required. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. The ability to work irregular hours as needed, including evenings and weekends is required. Must have a clear driving record, be able to operate a motor vehicle, and travel up to 500 miles when needed. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds for distances up to 500 feet.
