In this role, you’ll be the glue that holds our projects together, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll work closely with our talented team and amazing clients, gaining hands-on experience in the world of advertising. This is your chance to dive into the exciting world of client relations and project management, all while learning from the best in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Client Whisperer: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Project Maestro: Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of advertising campaigns, making sure every detail is perfect.
- Team Collaborator: Coordinate with our creative, strategy, and production teams to keep projects on track and on budget.
- Detail Detective: Prepare project timelines, budgets, and status reports, keeping everyone informed and on the same page.
- Meeting Maven: Participate in client meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
- Research Guru: Conduct research to support client projects and new business opportunities.
- Administrative Ace: Help with scheduling meetings, organizing files, and other administrative tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Education Enthusiast: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Must be a college Junior who is entering their senior year.
- Organizational Ninja: Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Communication Pro: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Project Management Novice: Basic understanding of project management principles.
