A Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field, six years of related professional experience including three years of experience in program development and evaluation, customer service, public information, public relations, finance, or equivalent experience, and two years of supervisory experience. No substitution for education.
Must possess and maintain a valid Minnesota Class D Driver’s License or equivalent out-of-state driver’s license.
