Summary
Credit Agricole CIB New York is seeking a US Analyst to join its multicultural team of 6 Senior Bankers, and 3 Analysts covering US subsidiaries of a portfolio of 80+ multi-national corporations (MNCs) in diversified industries (Power & Utilities, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Chemicals, Luxury Goods, Agrifood, Construction, Aerospace…) and supporting US clients and Senior Bankers in their international business development.
Responsibilities
- Assist Bankers in the management of relationships with US subsidiaries of large companies, with the aim of helping develop the global relationship
- Support Bankers in the origination of business opportunities in collaboration with business lines : Sustainable Banking, M&A, Securitization, ECM/DCM, Loan Syndication, Trade Finance… Prepare tailored Coverage pitchbooks for client presentations and coordinate preparation of product pitchbooks with relevant business lines
- Create sector reviews and update, participate into client intelligence development to originate M&A ideas and business opportunities
- Interact with Senior Bankers and coverage teams from CA-CIB worldwide network and facilitate international cultural adaptation
- Support Bankers in the management of the credit process – working with credit analysts to ensure Annual Reviews and transaction requests are processed in a timely manner ahead of Credit Committee
- Collection of information on overseas relationships for Annual Reviews
- Calculation of profitability
- Counterparty presentation
- Support and actively participates in building up and maintaining the network with other coverage team members, Product Partners and Support Functions by sharing ideas and past experiences (transversal and cross-fertilization interactions) to encourage cross-selling, deal replicability and best practice sharing
- Map international business intelligence of US large corporates to illustrate global relationships with local contacts and local commercial actions plans to identify business opportunities in our international CACIB and Group CA network for US headquartered clients.
- Coordinate with the Agent for syndicated loans (Debt Domain/Intralinks, Confidentiality Letter, communication to Agent etc…)
- Support Bankers on KYC process ensuring KYC is in place and up to date for all clients (compliance). Coordinate with dedicated KYC team and directly process some KYC files.
- Act as a point of contact for clients in daily business and flow banking topics
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Recent college graduate
- Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States
- You will not require Visa Sponsorship now or in the future, including OPT or F-1 Visa
