Ferguson is looking to train our future leaders from the ground-up, starting in our entry-level Logistics Leadership Training Program on January 31, 2022.
How We Train You
For a period of 6 months in Lewisville, TX, our dedicated leadership team will guide you in a series of trainings focusing on business operations in a branch warehouse environment. You will grow to have a working knowledge of supply chain management, information systems, order processing, warehousing, sourcing, and logistics management.
What Happens after Training
Upon successful completion of the training period, you will have the opportunity to relocate within the South-Central region of the United States for warehouse supervisory/management career opportunities. Availability is based on business needs with consideration to your geographic preferences.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management (equivalent degree accepted) or 4+ years of related military experience
