Foxconn Industrial Internet (Fii), is a world leading professional design and manufacturing service provider of communication network equipment, cloud service equipment, precision tools and industrial robots. FII provides customers with intelligent manufacturing services for new forms of electronic equipment products centered on the Industrial Internet platform.

Foxconn is currently seeking a Jr. Logistics Project Manager to join our team in Austin, TX. This role’s primary purpose will be logistics and supply chain management, providing service to our US customers. This individual will build and leverage strong working relationships with our engineering teams and key suppliers to assure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met. Foxconn is a fast moving, dynamic environment where flexibility and adaptability are key to success.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage 3PL Warehouse Inventory to ensure continuous supply
  • Communicate with 3rd Party and China team to resolve shipment discrepancy
  • Manage damage/loss claim with responsible party for timely closure
  • Main US contact for customer regarding supply chain issues
  • Review on hold inventory
  • Audit warehouse, freight, and custom invoices
  • Request for Quotations for rework
  • Reconcile Inventory and maintain inventory system daily
  • Quarterly inventory count and variance reports
  • Own communication between engineering, sales, and customer
  • Accomplish department and organizational goals by accepting ownership of role. Explore additional opportunities for adding value to the position
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Education Requirements, Ideal Experience:

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering or relevant field
  • 0-2 years’ experience in relevant field
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and requirements
  • Good strategic planning and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to speak Mandarin with reading and writing a plus
  • Proficient with MS Excel
  • Must be action/results oriented, hands-on, self-motivated, detail oriented and organized
  • Travel – Approximately 15% regional travel

Foxconn Full-Time, Permanent Employees:

  • Accrue ten (10) personal days off and ten (10) vacation days off during calendar year
  • 401K savings plan eligibility upon completion of three (3) months of full-time employment

  • Group Health Insurance Plans the first day of the month following the date of hire
