Responsibilities
• Prospecting for clients as you build your practice through introduction-based activities. • Maintaining long-term, positive relationships with your clientele.
• Providing education and solutions to clients.

• College degree or military equivalent is preferred.
• Sales or entrepreneurial experience preferred but not required.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field. 2-5 year experience being a financial advisor/ financial planner or IARs (Investment Advisory Representative) in life and /or health
• Must have current FINRA Series 65 or 66 and 7 Securities Registration (65 preferred – Independent Advisor Representative) or be willing to acquire licensing within 180 days.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience providing quality financial advice
• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to assess clients’ needs
• Excellent communication abilities, including writing, speaking and active listening
• Effective sales, presentation and customer service skills
