The HON Sales Development Program is designed to develop emerging business professionals through hands-on learning and real-life work products in our organization. Your work will consist of learning about our products, developing and demonstrating your sales skills, enhancing your business communication and collaboration skills, ability to participate in product development and launch, financial acumen exposure and more. Being a part of this development group prepares you for future promotional opportunities in Field Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, National Accounts, Finance, Product Development, or other business segments.
Individuals considered for this role will have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Sales, and Entrepreneurship or related field. Successful candidates will have exceptional communication skills and demonstrate a strong orientation toward results. Technological savvy and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite are expected.
