Real Estate Consultants are responsible for an assigned book of business, to include multiple clients and real estate parcels across the county. The position’s main objectives are client communication & retention, and property tax assessment reductions. The consultant will be responsible for the gathering and review of annual assessments, filing and completing property tax appeals, collecting and reviewing annual tax bills, and reviewing reports. Consultants are responsible for meeting all appeal deadlines and internal protocols, and for direct communication with their clients.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance/Economics/Business, a strong work ethic, and the ability to speak publicly and multi-task.
