Brief Description of Team
- Work within our Applicant Tracking System
- Post and take down roles to and from applicable job boards
- Scheduling interviews for candidates and coordinate with Talent Acquisition Manager or Specialist
- Outreach & create pipeline to local colleges & community
- Assisting with planning of summer events and tour
- Work with Social Media team to provide insights on how to attract GenZ
This 11 weeks long, paid program that will be based in Miami, FL.
What we are looking for when recruiting Interns?
To participate successfully, you should be currently enrolled in a bachelor or graduate program related to Human Resources, Hospitality or Business.
Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis
Must be able to be employed from May 23rd to August 5th on a full-time basis
Self-driven and motivated
Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written)
Emulates pride, passion and commitment for their job and conveys excitement and enthusiasm for RCL.
Excited to collaborate and eager to learn from others
Proven leadership ability, either in a student organization, project, and/or outside the classroom
Demonstrates a passion for service and commitment to continuous improvement
