Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Junior Investment Banking Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional looking to build a strong foundation in investment banking. You will play a key role in supporting senior bankers in executing capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic advisory transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations, investor materials, pitch books, and offering memoranda
  • Perform due diligence and data analysis to support transaction execution
  • Track industry trends and identify investment opportunities
  • Communicate with internal teams, clients, and investors to support deal flow
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support regulatory compliance and reporting processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance a plus)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take initiative and learn quickly
