Advise clients on how to set up the legal structure of a new company.

Are you interested in helping clients overcome complex and high-profile challenges? In joining a collaborative, team-focused culture spread around the world? In doing some of the best work of your life in an environment that encourages you to be you?

Our job simulation gives you a chance to learn more about our firm and the type of work we do. It’s part of our ongoing effort to develop and offer meaningful mentoring and training to our lawyers as well as to those just starting their legal careers.

    Prepare a pro forma capitalization table showing the ownership of Cool Corp. after the Series A investment led by Alpha Fund. Spend approx. 1 hour on this task.
