What You Should Expect:
Our in-depth training program prepares new team members to become experts in commercial real estate sales. You will gain a strong understanding of effective prospecting and a proven ability to make sales. Duties/Essential Functions:
- – Use proprietary and industry systems and resources to find and validate property owners, research competitors, and identify new leads and projects
- – Relentlessly call property owners regarding their commercial real estate assets
- – Be confident and comfortable with 100+ cold calls per day to property owners
- – Maintain detailed records of activity on our proprietary CRM system
- – Utilize the company’s industry-leading tools, resources, and technology to win business and build relationships
- – Work closely with Sales Leaders and Mentors to curate an effective business plan
- – Actively participate in all team meetings and trainings
