Tax Accounting Intern
Duties & Responsibilities
· Filing/organizing paperwork
· Scanning documents
· Arranging, creating hierarchy, and integrating computer files
· Assist with process flow/design in a new digital office environment
· Entering Checks in Quickbooks and Accounting CS
· Entering basic tax return data growing to basic tax return preparation
· Reconciling Bank Statements and Payroll
· Preparing Journal Entries
· Additional opportunities and responsibilities depending upon the competencies demonstrated by the associate
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements
MINIMUM:
· High School Diploma
· Accounting 1 experience
· Work experience
PREFERRED:
· In College
· Intermediate Financial Accounting 1 or 2 experience
· Introduction to Tax Experience
· Experience with full-time or part-time jobs
